these are hand stitched and glued onto Elastic.
we supply an extra elastic to do your pony with first as they only elastic we can find to use with this style is thin.

Due to the design and construction, these are fragile and need to be treated with care eg not pulled off by the ribbons, carefully removed by the elastics at the end of the day.
